Terms of Service

These terms apply when a visitor uses kamalraja.com, submits a checkout or contacts KAMALRAJA. The Purchase payment, Shipping, Send-back and Privacy pages are part of the same shopping framework.

This friendly wardrobe note describes casual layers, athleisure pieces and everyday accessories. Selected style images, prices, options and availability belong to the specific listing; presenting an everyday styling suggestion as a selected style guarantee is not authorised.

A purchaser must provide accurate contact, doorstep journey and purchase payment purchase particulars and use a purchase payment method they are authorised to use. Questions involving layering room, fabric feel, stretch, accessory scale and practical care should be raised before submission.

KAMALRAJA sets aside 1–3 business days after accepting an wardrobe order to separate accessory hardware from soft garments and confirm the requested colour. This preparation period finishes before carrier transit begins; weekends, public holidays, purchase payment review and unresolved address questions can move the handover date.

After the parcel leaves the friendly wardrobe note, the carrier estimate is 10–20 business days. That window describes travel rather than preparation, and remote service, weather, customs review or a failed doorstep journey attempt can extend it.

KAMALRAJA counts 30 calendar days from recorded doorstep journey for an eligible send-back request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.

When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the KAMALRAJA shopper arranges and pays tracked send-back shipping. The parcel remains the KAMALRAJA shopper's responsibility until the authorised send-back point receives it.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, KAMALRAJA provides or pays for the reasonable send-back route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.

Logos, photography, page design and written catalogue material may not be commercially republished without permission. In this collection, the specific misuse to avoid is presenting an everyday styling suggestion as a selected style guarantee.

Checkout submission is an offer to buy. KAMALRAJA accepts only after successful purchase payment confirmation and an wardrobe order record; obvious listing errors, unavailable stock, doorstep journey restrictions or suspected fraud can require rejection or cancellation and an appropriate money-back entry.

Terms may be updated prospectively as casual layers, athleisure pieces and everyday accessories or store operations change. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue; mandatory consumer rights are not removed.

Write to [email protected], identify kamalraja.com, and include the relevant selected style or wardrobe order number without sending purchase payment credentials. Last updated: August 11, 2026.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent purchase particulars, introduce malicious code or burden the service with automated requests.

The checkout total on kamalraja.com includes applicable taxes and import duties. If doorstep journey carries a separate charge, that line is shown before purchase payment authorisation rather than being hidden inside a selected style price.

Only purchase payment methods displayed for the current basket and destination can be selected. The processing partner may request authorisation or authentication, but an unfinished challenge, temporary hold or failed attempt is not an accepted KAMALRAJA wardrobe order.

Once KAMALRAJA approves and submits a money-back entry to the original purchase payment method, banks and purchase payment providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Customer note desk cannot redirect that money-back entry to a different card, account or person.

Purchase payment, hosting, email and doorstep journey can rely on independent providers with their own technical limits. KAMALRAJA remains responsible for its obligations but cannot control every bank, network or carrier event.
